Every language is different, Gypsy Jazz has its own. Sinti Jazz are true to the tradition. The Old World has never sounded so close!

From Strasbourg in France, Loic brings gypsy jazz in its traditional European style. Supported by Ben and his swinging rhythms, they are pushed up with Gavin's jazzy bass.

Inspired by the incredible musicianship of not just Django, but also the many masters who came in his footsteps, Sinti Jazz focuses on the guitar. Their mission is to keep alive the 1930's timeless romantic hot swing of France and bring it to a new audience.

During the 1930's, Django Reinhardt and his cohorts created gypsy jazz.  Inspired by the music of Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington, Reinhardt fused his native gypsy music with american harmony and swing, flourishes of flamenco virtuosity, romantic waltz's and a guitar style inspired directly from the accordion. Jazz Manouche was born!  Music is a central part of Roma Culture. Songs just as story's, passed down from generation to generation. From swing to boléro, waltz to bossa, flamenco to popular song, gypsy jazz has encompassed all these diverse musical traditions and made them as one.

A true blend of the Old World and the New!
